Scope of our services
Estate Exit Services coordinates estate property transitions: assessment, contents handling and estate sale coordination, cleanout, property care, repairs, renovations, and market-ready preparation. Work requiring licensure — including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, and remediation work — is performed by appropriately licensed and insured contractors.
No legal, tax, financial, or brokerage services
We do not practice law, provide tax or financial advice, appraise real property, or provide real estate brokerage services. Questions regarding probate, heirship, title, estate or income taxes, valuation, and the sale or listing of property must be directed to licensed attorneys, accountants, appraisers, and real estate professionals. We are glad to refer families to licensed professionals when needed.
Authority to authorize work
By requesting services, you represent that you have legal authority to authorize work at the property — as owner, executor, administrator, trustee, or an authorized agent of one of them. We may request documentation of that authority before beginning work.
Estimates, scopes, and changes
Cost ranges provided before an assessment are preliminary. Final pricing is set out in a written scope. Conditions concealed within an estate property may change the scope; material changes are documented and require your written approval before we proceed.
No guaranteed outcomes
We make no representation or guarantee regarding any property's sale price, time on market, appraised value, or return on repairs or improvements. Market outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Items and contents
Families are responsible for identifying keepsakes, valuables, and documents to be preserved before cleanout begins. Once a written scope authorizing removal or disposal is approved, items within that scope may be donated, sold, or disposed of and cannot be recovered.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Services are offered only within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding communities.
