Privacy Policy
We ask for as little information as possible, use it only to help with the property, and never sell it.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or city, your relationship to the property, the needs and timeline you select, and any notes you add. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, which helps us understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about the property, schedule your assessment, prepare written scopes, coordinate vendors on your behalf, and answer questions you raise. If you are a professional submitting a referral inquiry, we use it to follow up about a partnership or a client property.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own advertising.
Service providers and vendors
To perform work you have approved, we share the minimum necessary details with the crews and licensed contractors assigned to your property — typically the address, access instructions, and the scope of work. We do not share your financial information with vendors.
Photographs and documentation
We photograph and video property conditions, contents, and completed work as part of our documentation practice. These records are used to plan work, verify quality, and support your records. We do not publish identifiable images of a client property publicly without the property owner's or executor's written permission.
Data retention and security
We retain project records for a reasonable period to support warranty questions, disputes, and record-keeping. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Communications
By providing a phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your property inquiry. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will honor that request.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
